About Napper.

Napper is an app for tired baby's and their parents. Napper provides science backed AI driven sleep schedules which adapt to baby's natural rhythms.A lack of creative diversity and understanding of the customers market awareness and sophistication led to Napper being stagnant in what should be significant markets such as the UK, US and Canada.

What We Did.

As with all of our clients, we started off with some deep market research, from reddit threads to customer reviews, we covered it all.Once we collated this research we got to the drawing board and started crafting the initial round of creatives utilising UGC and going after customer at the correct stage of their journey, sophistication level and market awareness level.These initial creatives resulted in revenue doubling and CPA halving whilst giving us a sustainable creative to scale.

About Tonaly.

Tonaly is a leading music app which helps musicians and songwriters master scales and write songs from their phone using a unique and elegant UI.Tonaly was struggling with their Meta ads and didn't have much of a strategy or understanding of creatives when we came onboard.

What We Did.

With the founder of Tonaly, Chris, we worked on getting some new direct response creatives made.We decided, after some very deep research that musicians enjoyed educational videos, this led us to create some educational creatives whilst still focusing on pain points.This resulted in Tonaly hitting their lowest ever CPI's and their highest revenue months since the apps launch many years ago.

About JobSwipe

JobSwipe is revolutionising the industry of applying for jobs, it allows users to simply swipe yes or no on jobs they like the sound of (or don't) and apply for jobs within minutes, taking away the long, boring process of uploading CVs and writing cover letters.JobSwipe was struggling on the creative side. Their UGC ads were not up to scratch, of the quality that the app deserved nor were they diverse enough to really test the limits of the apps CPI.

What We Did.

We introduced a new creative testing regime, testing creatives weekly rather than quarterly as they had been previously.This resulted in a lower CPI overall and at a higher spend than ever.

About Preggers

Preggers is an app used by pregnant mothers around the world to keep track of their pregnancy, read helpful articles, view their custom baby in a 3D studio and much more.Despite all of the apps amazing features, they were struggling with getting their CPI down and opening up other markets such as the UK and US.

What We Did.

We introduced a brand new, diverse creative structure to the ad account, implementing UGC with precise targeting.The new creatives, coupled with our deep understanding of the customers wants, needs and pain points, helped us drive CPI down and open up the US as a profitable market for Preggers.We continue to work with them and scale the ad account further.

About Million Labs

Million Labs is a SaaS which has helped launch over 1400 successful startups.They came to us when they wanted to launch some brand new webinars as lead magnets but didn’t have the knowledge or time to do it themselves.

What We Did.

We took the task head on, launching a new aggressive creative strategy based on market and customer research.This resulted in a really low cost per lead of under £9 and Million Labs being flooded with warm leads.Even though each webinar is different, we managed to consistently get a low CPL for each webinar.

About Halbestunde

Halbestunde is a music app which scans sheet music, digitises it and plays it back to the user, allowing them to hear the music whilst reading it at the same time.As a startup, Halbestunde had a limited marketing budget and therefor had to squeeze as much out of what they had as possible.

What We Did.

When we came onboard, Halbestunde had been running with the same, very bland ad creative for almost a year with very little testing done.Straight away, we gave the marketing a new lease of life with direct response copy and a new targeting strategy, resulting in downloads doubling within a month.Once we were able to free up some budget, we went down the UGC route and crafted a great creative strategy based off of customer research.This resulted in a CPI below €1.50 and revenue doubling within a few weeks of launch.
